We’re looking for an experienced Project/Program Manager IV to help coordinate and guide complex projects from start to finish. In this role, you’ll lead cross-functional efforts, keep initiatives on track, and support clear communication and reporting for stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of assigned projects and programs, from planning through completion
• Set timelines, define deliverables, assign responsibilities, and monitor progress against goals
• Coordinate with multiple teams to keep work aligned, organized, and moving forward
• Prepare status updates and reports for leadership on project health, milestones, and risks
• Manage day-to-day execution while balancing priorities, deadlines, and changing needs
• Lead and support the work of others to help ensure successful delivery
• Apply sound judgment, creativity, and attention to detail when solving problems and making decisions

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
• At least 7 years of experience in project or program management, or a closely related area
• Strong understanding of project management concepts, practices, and methodologies
• Proven ability to plan, organize, and execute multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build relationships and collaborate across teams and levels
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Comfort working with a high degree of autonomy and accountability
