Bring your project coordination skills to a fast-paced marketing team supporting dealer websites, demand initiatives, digital efforts, and co-op programs. This role offers the opportunity to manage end-to-end workflows, keep multiple priorities moving, and help ensure programs are delivered smoothly across internal teams and external partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate dealer website, demand, and co-op marketing programs while supporting day-to-day collaboration with agency partners and field sales teams
• Build project plans, master trackers, and timelines to keep work organized and on schedule
• Schedule and facilitate meetings, reviews, and approval cycles to support timely program delivery
• Manage several concurrent projects with strong attention to detail and follow-through
• Help resolve issues quickly and professionally while maintaining responsive dealer support
• Provide proactive status updates to marketing, sales, and dealer stakeholders
• Support process improvements that strengthen workflow efficiency and execution quality

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in project coordination, project management, marketing, or a related field
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage details, deadlines, and competing priorities
• Accountable, proactive, and self-motivated with a strong focus on execution
• Comfortable building relationships and working collaboratively across teams and partners
• Ability to adapt quickly to changing business needs

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting marketing programs or cross-functional initiatives
