We’re looking for a Senior Digital Experience Designer to help shape engaging virtual and digital learning experiences for leaders. This role supports the design and delivery of a full-day onboarding experience, with a focus on both live/facilitated sessions and digital solutions using a Learning Management System.
Responsibilities
- Design and refine virtual experience onboarding programs that create a seamless and engaging learner journey
- Contribute to the development of a redesigned full-day experience for leaders, with pilot launches planned in the near future
- Partner on both live/facilitated learning experiences and digital learning solutions
- Develop content and experiences within a Learning Management System environment
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align learning solutions with program goals and learner needs
- Support one or both key areas of the role depending on your background: live experience design, digital learning design, or both
Skills
- Experience designing digital learning or virtual learning experiences
- Background in live or facilitated experience design
- Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems, preferably Docebo
- Ability to translate learning goals into clear, engaging user experiences
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Comfort working across multiple workstreams in a fast-moving environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting leadership development or onboarding programs
- Familiarity with blended learning experiences that combine live and digital elements
- Ability to contribute across both experience strategy and execution
- Prior experience supporting pilot launches or program redesign efforts
- Strong attention to detail and a learner-first mindset
