Join a dynamic onsite IT support opportunity where you’ll help keep essential business systems running smoothly across desktop, server, printing, voice, and network environments. Responsibilities
- Support site-level IT infrastructure, including desktops, laptops, NetPCs, servers, printers, VoIP phones, and network connectivity
- Configure, deploy, install, migrate, patch, replace, and triage hardware and software as needed
- Provide day-to-day support for Windows Server environments and related systems
- Assist with HP and manufacturing printer support, including Zebra devices and similar equipment
- Troubleshoot issues across Ethernet, wireless, LAN/WAN, firewalls, routers, switches, VoIP, and VPN technologies
- Deliver standard and local software support, including Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Accept, update, and close ITSM tickets in a timely manner while meeting service level expectations
- Help maintain dashboard visibility for PCs, tickets, telecom, and system vulnerabilities
- Complete required training and follow plant, corporate IT, and safety procedures
- Work independently with minimal direction while staying responsive to site needs
Skills
- At least 2 years of experience supporting PCs, servers, printers, and network infrastructure
- Working knowledge of Windows Server operating systems
- Experience supporting Wintel/Linux NetPCs and standard/process PCs
- Strong troubleshooting ability across network and telecom environments
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 and Microsoft Teams
- Ability to manage ITSM tickets efficiently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Clear communication and strong customer service mindset
- Self-motivated, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- High school diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with HP, Zebra, or other manufacturing printers
- Knowledge of firewall, router, switch, and VPN support
- Experience in an industrial, plant, or site-based support environment
- Ability to identify issues quickly and follow through to resolution
- Flexibility to support a wide range of IT needs across users and systems
