We are seeking an IT Analyst II to support a manufacturing environment with hands-on technical problem solving, business process analysis, and end-user support. This role offers the opportunity to work on a wide range of infrastructure and support needs while helping improve systems, processes, and user experience.
Responsibilities
- Support Windows PCs and Windows Server operating systems in a hands-on, onsite environment.
- Assist with Azure and Intune administration and device management tasks.
- Provide troubleshooting and support for printers, including HP and Zebra models used in manufacturing settings.
- Apply networking fundamentals to help resolve issues involving LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, and NAC.
- Partner with stakeholders to analyze business needs and define IT solutions.
- Document business processes, map future-state workflows, and capture high-level requirements.
- Help identify issues, investigate root causes, and work toward practical resolutions with moderate direction.
- Support a production-focused environment while maintaining service quality and responsiveness.
- Contribute to ticket management, dashboards, and ongoing operational improvements as needed.
Skills
- 7+ years of hands-on IT infrastructure support experience.
- Strong experience supporting Windows PCs and Windows Server OS.
- Experience with Azure and Intune.
- Working knowledge of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, VLANs, and NAC.
- Experience supporting HP and Zebra printers.
- Ability to analyze business processes and gather requirements.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work through issues with moderate guidance.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Must be able to complete a background check and drug screen upon offer.
- Export control requirements apply.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting IT in a manufacturing plant environment.
- Microsoft 365, Office 365, and Microsoft Teams support experience.
- ITSM experience.
- Management of Change (MOC) experience.
- Experience managing IT dashboards and ticket queues.
- Site vulnerability management experience.
- Experience in a regulated environment, such as FDA- or GMP-related operations.
- Familiarity with process mapping and documentation best practices.
