Join a fast-paced retail operations team as a Sample Coordinator supporting seasonal product flow and sample management in a hybrid of hands-on organization and cross-functional communication. This onsite 12-month contract role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping processes running smoothly, collaborating with merchandising partners, and contributing to a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Track incoming samples to help ensure they are received on time for each seasonal flow.
• Keep samples organized and maintain records related to receiving and tracking information.
• Communicate with merchandising partners about sample arrivals, delays, and related updates.
• Build and maintain positive working relationships with brand partners and internal teams.
• Assemble copy fact sheets using multiple systems and tools.
• Support the broader team with additional projects and day-to-day needs as assigned.

Skills

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
• Attention to detail and comfort working with records, tracking, and documentation.
• Professional, collaborative, and dependable approach to daily work.

Preferred Skills

• Experience supporting sample management, merchandising, or retail operations.
• Familiarity with multiple systems and administrative workflows.
