Join a dynamic team supporting global HR systems with a focus on production scheduling and time and attendance solutions. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented technology professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, and partnering across teams to deliver meaningful system enhancements.
Responsibilities
- Support day-to-day operations for HR systems, helping maintain system stability, health, and long-term sustainability
- Configure and troubleshoot scheduling and time-related applications, with a focus on identifying effective solutions
- Partner with business stakeholders to gather needs, define requirements, and translate them into functional and technical specifications
- Collaborate with internal teams, contractors, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality system changes and enhancements
- Analyze processes, data, and technology to identify improvement opportunities and support better business outcomes
- Help move prioritized initiatives forward through discovery, planning, implementation, testing, and stabilization
- Create and execute test scripts, support user acceptance activities, and help ensure solutions are functioning as intended
- Document system updates, technical changes, and process improvements to support knowledge sharing and continuity
- Communicate updates and changes clearly to users with a range of technical backgrounds
- Support ongoing HR technology efforts by recommending practical solutions aligned with business needs
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Information Systems, Management Information Systems, or a related field preferred
- At least 3 years of experience supporting or delivering complex technology solutions
- Experience configuring, supporting, or solutioning time and attendance and scheduling applications
- Working knowledge of integrations between scheduling or timekeeping systems and related platforms
- Ability to gather business requirements and turn them into clear specifications
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess data, processes, and system impacts
- Experience supporting production systems, stabilization efforts, and ongoing operational needs
- Comfort working independently while also contributing in a collaborative team environment
- Ability to manage ambiguity, balance priorities, and think proactively
- Clear communication skills with the ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical audiences
Preferred Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience supporting or delivering technology solutions
- Experience with Infor WFM
- Experience with Indeavor or similar scheduling applications such as Shiftboard or Infor APS
- Background in reporting and analytics
- Experience working with HR systems, processes, or technology projects in a global environment
