Join a dynamic IT PMO team as a Senior IT Project Manager supporting remote delivery of complex, cross-functional initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead enterprise-level projects from planning through hyper-care while partnering with stakeholders, technical teams, and third-party implementors to deliver measurable business impact.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery across planning, execution, testing, cutover, and post-go-live support.
• Build and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Guide multiple workstreams and external partners to keep milestones, deliverables, and dependencies on track.
• Coordinate across cross-functional teams to identify risks, remove blockers, and drive timely resolution of issues.
• Monitor program health and escalate concerns as needed to support efficient delivery.
• Prepare and present clear project status updates, risks, and issue summaries for executive stakeholders.
• Support governance, quality reviews, lessons learned, and continuous improvement practices.
• Help ensure project work aligns with applicable standards, policies, and organizational requirements.
• Own schedule and budget commitments and support delivery within agreed constraints.
• Promote a collaborative, accountable, and improvement-focused team environment.

Skills

• 4-year degree is required.
• Strong background in project and portfolio management methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex projects in a matrixed environment.

• Ability to translate technical concepts into clear business language.
