Join a high-impact healthcare integration team supporting Epic EHR initiatives in a remote Senior IT Systems Analyst role focused on interfaces, APIs, and production support. This 12-month contract offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful technical work across multiple concurrent efforts while helping maintain reliable integration services and delivery momentum.
Responsibilities
- Support interface and API implementation work across several active healthcare technology initiatives.
- Provide production support by investigating issues, troubleshooting root causes, and helping maintain existing Epic integrations.
- Collaborate with application, technical, and operational partners to design and deliver integration solutions.
- Assist with workflow analysis, integration testing, and coordination across teams to support successful implementation.
- Help manage backlog items and support timely resolution of service requests and operational needs.
- Contribute to ongoing maintenance activities and strategic integration efforts during periods of high project demand.
Skills
- Hands-on experience with healthcare interfaces, HL7 standards, APIs, or enterprise integration engines.
- Experience supporting requirements gathering, system implementation, testing, and operational maintenance.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to identify and resolve technical issues.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear communication skills and the ability to partner effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
- Required Epic credentials: Epic Bridges Certification and Epic FHIR Badge.
Preferred Skills
- Additional Epic certifications.
- Experience with integration platforms such as Cloverleaf or other ESB solutions.
- Background supporting complex healthcare technology environments with multiple simultaneous initiatives.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
