We’re looking for a Digital Delivery Manager to help coordinate complex, cross-functional digital initiatives from intake through delivery. This role supports web product teams by improving visibility, managing dependencies, reducing execution risk, and helping ensure launches and delivery efforts stay aligned, organized, and on track.
Responsibilities

- Coordinate across Product, Engineering, UX, Design, Content, Brand, Analytics, Compliance, Legal, Security, and platform partners to keep work aligned.
- Partner with Product Leads and Product Managers to support integrated roadmaps, release calendars, and dependency mapping.
- Help teams evaluate priorities by considering business value, deadlines, capacity, risk, and cross-functional dependencies.
- Track backlog health, milestone progress, issues, and risks, and escalate blockers when decisions or support are needed.
- Create and maintain delivery tools and reporting materials such as status updates, RAID logs, decision logs, and readiness checklists.
- Provide clear, concise updates to stakeholders and leaders on progress, risks, launch readiness, and decisions required.
- Support launch planning and operational readiness, including go/no-go activities, handoffs, and post-launch follow-up.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by documenting actions, following through on process improvements, and helping teams work more predictably.
- Assist with vendor and financial oversight when third parties are involved, including resource planning and tracking budget-related needs.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in delivery management, project management, digital product delivery, technology delivery, or a related field.
- Experience coordinating complex work across multiple teams, stakeholders, workstreams, or business areas.
- Strong understanding of dependency management, risk tracking, issue resolution, milestone planning, and stakeholder communications.
- Experience working in Agile product delivery environments.
- Ability to create clear program materials such as roadmaps, delivery plans, status reports, dependency maps, and launch readiness documents.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into concise, leadership-ready updates.
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills in a matrixed environment.
- Ability to stay organized, manage competing priorities, and work effectively in ambiguity.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to build trust and support alignment across diverse teams.
- Comfort working with remote or virtual teams and across different functions.
Preferred Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Experience supporting public-facing web, digital marketing, customer experience, mobile, or enterprise platform initiatives.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), content management systems, digital analytics, SEO, accessibility, site performance, or web governance.
- Familiarity with Aha, Rally, Workfront, Microsoft 365, Teams, or similar delivery and collaboration tools.
- Experience coordinating vendor or agency work, including resource planning and statement-of-work execution.
- Ability to use data and delivery signals to communicate health, predictability, risks, and trade-offs.
- Prior experience in large corporate, healthcare, digital product, or regulated environments.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a focus on repeatable processes that make delivery more predictable.
