We are seeking a detail-oriented Scrum Master to support Voice and Chat delivery teams in a fast-paced technology environment. This role plays a key part in helping two product teams stay aligned, organized, and focused on delivering high-quality outcomes through strong Agile practices and consistent sprint execution.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end sprint coordination for two product teams, ensuring work is well organized, tracked, and progressing smoothly from planning through completion.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
- Partner with Product Owners to maintain prioritized backlogs with clear requirements, acceptance criteria, and dependency tracking.
- Identify blockers, escalate issues when needed, and help drive timely resolution to protect sprint commitments.
- Monitor and report on delivery metrics such as velocity, throughput, cycle time, defect leakage, and overall output quality.
- Support continuous improvement by capturing retrospective action items and following through to closure.
- Coach team members and stakeholders on Agile best practices and promote transparency, accountability, and collaboration.
- Maintain accurate sprint data and task updates in Agile tools so stakeholders have a reliable view of delivery status.
Skills
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile delivery lead supporting technical product or platform teams.
- Hands-on experience managing sprints and backlogs in Aha! or a similar Agile project management tool such as Jira or Azure DevOps.
- Strong facilitation skills with the ability to lead productive, time-boxed Agile ceremonies.
- Experience tracking and communicating Agile performance metrics in a clear and actionable way.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail in a multi-team environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage technical and business stakeholders.
- Ability to manage priorities, surface risks early, and keep work moving in a structured environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting contact center, voice, or digital channel technology teams.
- Familiarity with consumer-directed benefits such as flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, or commuter benefits.
- Certified ScrumMaster (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or a similar Agile certification.
- Experience working in a highly matrixed environment with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
- A proactive, collaborative approach with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
