Join a dynamic enablement team focused on improving how tools, content, and insights support field success. This contract role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can partner cross-functionally to lead rollout readiness, strengthen adoption, and help activate AI-driven enablement capabilities.
Responsibilities
- Partner closely with technical and product stakeholders to support enablement needs tied to the tooling roadmap
- Lead end-to-end rollout support for major tooling initiatives, including training, change management, and field readiness
- Develop practical enablement plans that help teams adopt new tools and workflows smoothly
- Serve as the primary enablement contact for Supply Tech-related initiatives
- Evaluate current enablement platforms and identify opportunities to improve adoption, accessibility, and value
- Help standardize workflows and improve how content and knowledge are organized for the field
- Support the use of AI and real-time insights to provide actionable guidance to users
- Build lightweight governance practices to keep content accurate, relevant, and easy to find
- Create feedback loops that connect field performance with enablement tools and resources
Skills
- 5–8+ years of experience in enablement, RevOps, Sales Ops, or tooling enablement roles
- Experience supporting or implementing enablement tools and platforms
- Strong project management and execution skills
- Ability to work effectively with technical and product teams
- Comfort operating in complex, fast-moving environments with changing priorities
- Experience with enablement platforms such as Highspot, Gong, LMS tools, Articulate, or Synthesia
- Ability to translate business needs into scalable enablement solutions
- Excellent cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to AI-powered enablement tools or workflows
- Experience improving knowledge management systems or content libraries
- Background in driving adoption and usage of internal platforms
- Experience creating playbooks or structured rollout frameworks
- Hands-on, builder mindset with a focus on practical outcomes
- Ability to spot quick wins that improve team effectiveness
