Join a dynamic team focused on building and improving consumer-facing payments products that require strong execution, thoughtful problem-solving, and a high standard for security, performance, availability, and reliability. This Technical Program Product Manager role offers the opportunity to bridge technical and business teams, shape product delivery, and help drive meaningful impact in a fast-moving environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate projects that support the development of new consumer-facing payments products
- Partner with internal stakeholders to translate business needs into clear requirements and actionable delivery plans
- Help define web site and feature needs while balancing technical constraints and business priorities
- Manage cross-functional execution and keep projects moving toward timely delivery
- Serve as a point of escalation, helping resolve blockers and support decision-making across teams
- Contribute to planning efforts that support secure, reliable, and scalable product outcomes
- Work closely with both technical and non-technical partners to ensure alignment and progress
Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a software developer or technical lead
- Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in computer science or a related field
- Experience deploying network solutions in environments such as MS, Google, Meta, or Oracle
- Strong understanding of project and program management principles
- Ability to work effectively across multiple teams and stakeholder groups
- Demonstrated success delivering software products from concept through deployment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Comfort working with Linux, Java, and HTML
- Ability to balance business goals with technical requirements
- Strong organizational skills and a collaborative approach to problem-solving
Preferred Skills
- Experience in the payments or mobile payments space
- Gen AI experience
- Coding experience
- Ability to anticipate tradeoffs and make practical recommendations
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach
