Join a dynamic sales operations team supporting strategic programs that help drive supply market growth through analytics, reporting, forecasting, and business insights. Responsibilities
- Support sales operations initiatives that improve team performance through reporting, analysis, and business intelligence.
- Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPI tracking to monitor sales activity and business results.
- Analyze regional trends and operational data to uncover gaps, identify opportunities, and support ongoing improvements.
- Assist with territory planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota-setting efforts.
- Partner with leadership and cross-functional teams on forecasting, pipeline analysis, and process enhancements.
- Contribute to the development and refinement of forecasting approaches in alignment with broader business goals.
- Perform ad hoc analyses to support strategic projects and leadership requests.
- Help ensure data accuracy and consistency across Salesforce and related sales tools.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to improve efficiency and support business initiatives.
- Assist with end-to-end sales compensation and incentive planning efforts.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computational Sciences, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a fast-paced environment, ideally in tech, consulting, or banking.
- Strong proficiency with data modeling, data extraction, and business intelligence tools such as Looker, Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to turn data into meaningful business insights.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across teams.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Work authorization for employment in the United States is required; CPT/OPT is accepted.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting sales forecasting, territory planning, or compensation strategy.
- Background in developing reporting frameworks for weekly or monthly business reviews.
- Familiarity with sales operations processes and cross-functional business collaboration.
- Experience in a high-growth or change-oriented environment.
