Responsibilities

• Lead operational aspects of active projects and serve as a key point of coordination between project teams and management.
• Track project progress, review budgets and status updates, and prepare clear reporting for stakeholders.
• Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks, then help develop practical resolutions to keep work moving forward.
• Support planning and execution across multiple initiatives while managing interdependencies and priorities.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve challenges, and support successful delivery of projects.
• Develop monitoring and intervention approaches that improve project performance, quality, and business outcomes.

Skills

• University degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in managerial roles, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience.
• Strong project management and operational leadership skills.
• Experience working with budgets, schedules, reporting, and performance tracking.
• Ability to analyze complex problems, gather information, and develop effective solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels.
• Demonstrated ability to influence, coordinate, and drive alignment in a collaborative environment.

Preferred Skills

• Background supporting released product management, engineering, quality, operations, or related functions.
• Experience leading cost-saving or efficiency-focused initiatives.
