Join a dynamic project leadership role where you will help guide cost-saving initiatives within a released product management environment. This position offers the opportunity to collaborate across project management, engineering, research and development, quality, and operations to drive meaningful outcomes for patients and customers.
Responsibilities
- Lead operational aspects of active projects and serve as a key point of coordination between project teams and management.
- Track project progress, review budgets and status updates, and prepare clear reporting for stakeholders.
- Identify project risks, issues, and roadblocks, then help develop practical resolutions to keep work moving forward.
- Support planning and execution across multiple initiatives while managing interdependencies and priorities.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to align goals, resolve challenges, and support successful delivery of projects.
- Develop monitoring and intervention approaches that improve project performance, quality, and business outcomes.
Skills
- University degree and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in managerial roles, or an advanced degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience and 5+ years of managerial experience.
- Strong project management and operational leadership skills.
- Experience working with budgets, schedules, reporting, and performance tracking.
- Ability to analyze complex problems, gather information, and develop effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills across functions and levels.
- Demonstrated ability to influence, coordinate, and drive alignment in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Skills
- Background supporting released product management, engineering, quality, operations, or related functions.
- Experience leading cost-saving or efficiency-focused initiatives.
- Familiarity with managing multiple projects and dependencies in a cross-functional setting.
- Ability to thrive in complex environments with evolving priorities and objectives.
- A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.
