Join a high-impact AI engineering team building the next generation of intelligent enterprise solutions in a greenfield environment. This role is focused on designing and delivering agentic AI capabilities that can scale across the organization and support meaningful business outcomes in financial services.
Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI agents and agent-driven workflows to solve complex enterprise challenges.
- Build scalable solutions using large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, orchestration frameworks, and autonomous agent patterns.
- Create multi-step AI workflows that integrate with APIs, enterprise systems, and business processes.
- Partner with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to identify AI opportunities and deliver production-ready solutions.
- Evaluate emerging AI tools and frameworks to improve delivery speed, solution quality, and overall effectiveness.
- Ensure solutions are built with enterprise needs in mind, including scalability, security, performance, and maintainability.
- Lead AI and machine learning initiatives from concept through deployment, with a strong focus on business alignment.
- Mentor engineers and data science team members while promoting thoughtful technical decision-making and innovation.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in AI, machine learning, and/or data science.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic AI solutions in enterprise settings.
- Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, orchestration, tool calling, memory management, and agent architectures.
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and deploying AI agents on Azure AI Foundry.
- Solid software engineering foundation with experience in API integration, system design, and application development.
- Ability to think strategically, communicate clearly, and present solution architecture to stakeholders.
- Experience working in or supporting financial services, with asset management experience preferred.
- Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development platforms such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Windsurf, or Slingshot.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with agent orchestration and observability frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, or LangSmith.
- Familiarity with cloud-native AI architecture and MLOps best practices.
- Experience integrating AI solutions with enterprise data platforms and business applications.
- Background in NLP, computer vision, reinforcement learning, or similar AI disciplines.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, or Java.
- Experience driving AI-enabled business transformation and model governance.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams and contribute to an inclusive, respectful, and welcoming work environment.
