We’re looking for a Jr. Product Manager to support a customer identity and account management team focused on creating seamless experiences for customers and employees. This 12-month opportunity is based in Richfield, MN and offers the chance to contribute to important front-end, back-end, and database-related initiatives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Support backlog planning and help keep product work organized and moving forward
- Contribute to epic and user story creation to translate business needs into clear development requirements
- Gather, clarify, and document requirements for product and experience improvements
- Partner with technical and business teams to bridge priorities and implementation needs
- Assist in building business cases and supporting product decision-making with data
- Collect, analyze, and summarize quantitative and qualitative information to inform product direction
- Support communication across teams and help provide status updates to stakeholders
- Help explain the purpose and value of work in a clear, compelling way
Skills
- Experience in product management or a related role
- Strong requirements gathering and documentation skills
- Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external partners
- Comfort working with data and using insights to support decisions
- Project coordination and organizational skills
- Ability to translate business needs into technical language
- Clear storytelling skills with the ability to communicate the “why” behind the work
- Collaborative mindset and strong follow-through
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting digital products or customer-facing experiences
- Familiarity with account management, sign-in, or account creation workflows
- Exposure to front-end, back-end, or database-related product work
- Experience using AI tools to improve productivity
- Strong interest in data analysis and business case development
- Ability to work well in cross-functional teams and adapt to changing priorities
