Join a healthcare technology team supporting clinical operations through meaningful Epic OpTime/Anesthesia system work. Responsibilities

• Manage and prioritize daily support tickets and operational requests.
• Support system upgrades, maintenance activities, and related project work.
• Troubleshoot issues and help drive timely resolution through logical problem-solving.
• Partner with a certified OpTime/Anesthesia analyst to support team objectives.
• Contribute to ongoing improvements that support surgical services workflows.
• Handle a mix of urgent tasks and longer-term initiatives with strong organization.

Skills

• Experience working in healthcare technology or a healthcare environment.
• Background supporting surgical services workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organized work habits.
• Clear communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Strong analytical thinking and sound judgment when solving problems.
• Ability to balance daily support needs with project-based work.

Preferred Skills

• Prior experience with Epic OpTime and/or Anesthesia support.
• Familiarity with upgrade work in an enterprise application environment.
• Experience supporting ticket queues in a fast-paced setting.
• Knowledge of regular system maintenance and operational support processes.
