JOB DESCRIPTION

Bring your business analysis expertise to a high-impact healthcare claims transformation initiative supporting orchestration capabilities across trial claim and real claim workstreams. This onsite contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys turning complex business goals into clear requirements, traceable documentation, and actionable delivery artifacts.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with capability leaders and cross-functional teams to translate business objectives into detailed requirements and delivery-ready documentation.
  • Break down complex capabilities into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and process flows that support implementation.
  • Maintain strong traceability across project identifiers, requirements, testing artifacts, and governance documentation.
  • Document request and response contracts, integration needs, and orchestration workflow dependencies across enterprise systems.
  • Facilitate requirements gathering, backlog refinement, story reviews, and stakeholder working sessions.
  • Support delivery teams by clarifying scope, managing requirement changes, and helping resolve gaps or dependencies.
  • Create business process documentation, workflow diagrams, operational support materials, and audit-ready packages.
  • Identify risks, assumptions, impacts, and interdependencies across multiple teams and delivery efforts.
  • Contribute to readiness activities and documentation needed to support future orchestration capabilities.

Skills

  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, systems analysis, product delivery, or program delivery.
  • 3+ years of healthcare claims experience.
  • Proven ability to develop business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability documentation.
  • Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements management, and software delivery lifecycles.
  • Experience working in complex, matrixed environments with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Agile delivery methods and planning tools such as Rally, Aha!, Jira, or similar platforms.
  • Working knowledge of API integrations, service contracts, and enterprise system interactions.
  • Familiarity with orchestration platforms, Agentic AI, MCP patterns, or API-driven workflows.
  • Experience creating audit-ready traceability matrices and governance materials.
  • Knowledge of healthcare claims platforms, claims modernization efforts, or enterprise automation initiatives.
  • Experience supporting large-scale transformation programs across business and technology teams.
