Bring your storytelling and data visualization skills to a fast-paced media environment where you’ll turn complex information into clear, compelling sales narratives and executive-ready insights. This hybrid role is based in New York City with onsite collaboration Tuesday through Thursday and supports a broad team working across account profiles and cross-functional initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Transform raw and complex data into persuasive sales stories, campaign measurement plans, executive reports, and research summaries.
• Support pitch evaluations and help develop materials that communicate insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
• Partner with multiple team members and serve as a flexible resource across shared projects and priorities.
• Contribute to research studies and presentation materials using tools such as Excel, Lucid, and deck design platforms.
• Help organize and prioritize deliverables in a fast-moving environment with shifting needs.
• Work closely with cross-functional partners to move assignments forward independently and efficiently.

Skills

• Experience in media or television, with familiarity in ratings and aggregated data.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
• Ability to create polished presentations and visually compelling slide decks.
• Experience using Lucid or similar collaboration and diagramming tools.
• Highly proactive, curious, and self-directed approach to work.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to translate complex information into clear, concise messaging.

Preferred Skills

• Background supporting ad sales, insights, or measurement-related work.
• Experience creating executive-facing materials or client-ready presentations.
• Comfort working across teams and adapting quickly to changing priorities.
• Interest in media research, campaign analysis, and audience insights.
• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, inclusive environment.
