Join a dynamic product management team supporting Epic-based customer care solutions in a complex, cross-functional environment. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on professional who can bridge business needs and technical delivery to drive impactful improvements in an EMR platform.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business stakeholders and Epic delivery teams to turn operational needs into practical, scalable solutions.
• Gather and refine business requirements, translating them into clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Own and prioritize the product roadmap and backlog for a defined set of Epic-related capabilities.
• Guide initiatives from intake through implementation, ensuring work stays aligned with business goals.
• Review deliverables from development teams and confirm they meet stakeholder expectations.
• Support a collaborative product process across technical and non-technical teams.

Skills

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience with Epic, especially Cheers/CRM and/or MyChart.
• Strong understanding of product management practices and lifecycle management.
• Experience gathering business requirements and converting them into actionable development guidance.
• Working knowledge of Agile and Scrum methodologies.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with detail-oriented execution.
• Strong communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Comfort working independently with minimal oversight.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Preferred Skills

• Epic certification, including recently expired certification if applicable.
• Experience using Confluence and Jira.
• Background in customer care or healthcare technology environments.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional setting.
• Experience supporting product strategy and roadmap planning.
