Join a dynamic ITSM team supporting process excellence, operational effectiveness, and continuous improvement across the enterprise. This Project Coordinator role partners closely with cross-functional stakeholders to help keep processes aligned, compliant, and running smoothly while contributing to ServiceNow-related initiatives and business outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Support the day-to-day management and execution of an assigned ITSM process
- Monitor process performance, track key metrics, and identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement
- Coordinate process-related activities such as status updates, workshops, project kickoffs, solution reviews, testing, and UAT
- Partner with product, business analysis, and platform teams to help ensure solutions meet process and business needs
- Assist with stakeholder communication, documentation, training, and process awareness efforts
- Help promote process compliance, adoption, and ongoing maturity across the organization
- Provide operational input and subject matter support for process-related decisions and improvements
- Contribute to governance activities and support additional responsibilities as needed
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Three or more years of experience in a related role
- Strong proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables
- Strong proficiency in Word
- Solid communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to stay organized and manage priorities in a changing environment
- Problem-solving mindset with a process-oriented approach
- Collaborative, team-focused attitude and a strong commitment to quality
- Comfort working with stakeholders at various levels of the organization
Preferred Skills
- Working knowledge of ServiceNow
- Familiarity with command line prompt concepts
- Experience supporting process workshops, UAT, or process improvement initiatives
- Background in ITSM or operational process coordination
