Join a high-impact partnerships team focused on building differentiated value through strategic membership partnerships. This role combines end-to-end deal flow management, cross-functional coordination, and hands-on negotiation in a dynamic environment where thoughtful strategy and strong execution both matter.
Responsibilities
- Own project management for membership partnership deal flow from initial discussion through completion, keeping timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables aligned.
- Support and lead negotiations for selected partnership opportunities in collaboration with leadership, legal, and internal partnership teams.
- Coordinate across global and cross-functional teams to maintain momentum, remove roadblocks, and ensure clear communication.
- Represent the organization in meetings with current and prospective external partners alongside senior stakeholders.
- Help refine partnership strategy by identifying new models, products, and opportunities that create meaningful value.
- Evaluate potential partners by considering guest segments, host types, geographic relevance, and broader business impact.
- Contribute insights and recommendations that help shape partner prioritization and external engagement.
Skills
- 10+ years of experience in strategy consulting, corporate development, partnerships, or brand marketing.
- Direct experience structuring and negotiating external partnerships or business deals.
- Strong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
- Ability to analyze ambiguous problems, build frameworks, and make thoughtful, data-informed recommendations.
- Confident communication and presentation skills for both internal and external audiences.
- Comfort working across a matrixed organization and aligning diverse stakeholders around shared goals.
- Sound judgment and an ability to balance strategy with execution in a fast-moving environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working closely with senior leaders in partner meetings or negotiations.
- Background in membership, loyalty, or adjacent partnership strategy, especially with a perspective focused on differentiated value.
- Experience evaluating partnerships using both quantitative analysis and strategic insight.
- Familiarity with cross-functional collaboration across global teams.
- A proactive, resourceful mindset and a strong point of view when solving business challenges.
