This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project/Program Manager to help shape and stabilize a large-scale, enterprise scheduling environment supporting multiple cross-functional teams. You’ll play a key role in rebuilding dependencies, improving workflow efficiency, strengthening governance, and driving adoption across a complex launch program.
Responsibilities
- Assess the current Asana workspace structure, including projects, templates, permissions, custom fields, workflows, and dependency logic.
- Redesign and standardize schedule templates to improve consistency, usability, and visibility across active launch projects.
- Rebuild task dependencies and critical path logic so schedule changes flow correctly across interconnected workstreams.
- Support cross-project planning by identifying schedule conflicts, resource constraints, and milestone risks.
- Implement automation and workflow improvements that reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy.
- Partner with source system owners to connect tools and reduce duplicate data entry where possible.
- Create training materials, documentation, and quick-reference resources for different user groups.
- Lead adoption efforts through training sessions, office hours, and ongoing support.
- Build executive-ready dashboards and reporting views to support leadership decision-making.
- Help define and enforce naming conventions, governance standards, and project management best practices.
Skills
- Strong hands-on experience with Asana in a complex, enterprise-scale environment.
- Proven ability to manage integrated schedules, dependencies, and milestone-driven program plans.
- Experience redesigning workflows, templates, and operational processes for improved efficiency.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical system and process improvements.
- Strong training, documentation, and change management skills.
- Experience building adoption plans and supporting users with varying levels of technical familiarity.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work across multiple teams and balance competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to governance, structure, and consistency.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting large, cross-functional launch or operations programs.
- Familiarity with integrations involving Slack, Jira, Outlook, SharePoint, Confluence, or reporting tools.
- Experience using automation, AI-enabled tools, or workflow optimization features within collaboration platforms.
- Background in portfolio reporting, dashboard creation, or executive-level status reporting.
- Experience supporting structured change management or train-the-trainer programs.
- Comfort working in highly collaborative environments with diverse stakeholder groups.
