Join a fast-paced creative operations team as a Marketing Project/Program Manager supporting a high-volume portfolio of brand marketing initiatives. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys coordinating cross-functional work, improving processes, and helping creative projects move smoothly from intake through delivery.
Responsibilities
- Manage the creative intake process and oversee a high volume of projects from request through completion.
- Review briefs, align priorities, and help clarify project requirements with stakeholders.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external agency partners to scope, route, and deliver creative work.
- Maintain organized workflows and support standard operating procedures across creative operations.
- Help build and update process documentation as team needs evolve.
- Support resource planning by using available data and dashboards to help forecast capacity and allocate work.
- Track project volume, team performance, and operational metrics, then share updates and recommendations with leadership.
- Support brand compliance and quality control to help ensure creative assets meet established guidelines.
- Contribute to budget awareness, risk management, and overall operational coordination.
- Support the evaluation and adoption of AI tools that can improve creative workflows while maintaining quality standards.
Skills
- 5–8 years of experience in project management, program management, creative operations, marketing operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with Workfront.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Suite and Figma.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot inconsistencies or issues in creative deliverables.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.
- Clear communication and collaboration skills for working with stakeholders, designers, and agency partners.
- Comfort reviewing data, tracking progress, and preparing status updates.
- Ability to follow and improve processes while keeping work organized and on schedule.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with digital asset management platforms such as Bynder.
- Familiarity with brand guidelines, visual standards, and creative quality review.
- Experience evaluating and testing AI tools in creative or marketing workflows.
- Background in advertising, marketing, or creative services environments.
- Experience partnering with both in-house teams and external agencies.
- Ability to support resource planning and operational reporting using dashboards and analytics.
