Bring order, clarity, and momentum to a fast-moving marketing team creating unforgettable real-world fan experiences. This hybrid role in Los Angeles, CA offers the chance to coordinate campaign rollouts, keep cross-functional stakeholders aligned, and help shape how major experiential marketing initiatives come to life.
Responsibilities
- Own and maintain a master rollout calendar for experiential marketing initiatives, keeping dates, owners, and dependencies up to date as priorities shift
- Support marketing pillar leads to help ensure briefs are completed, executed, and distributed on schedule
- Partner with ticketing and revenue stakeholders to align promotional activity with the overall rollout plan
- Collect status updates from cross-functional partners and translate them into clear, actionable stakeholder communication
- Prepare and distribute a weekly digest summarizing progress across major marketing workstreams and launches
- Work closely with Marketing Operations and Brand Program Management to support accountability for milestone tracking and deliverables
- Help keep multiple projects moving forward in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in marketing campaign management or a related role within entertainment, retail, hospitality, or consumer experience brands
- Proven ability to manage shared calendars, project trackers, or status reporting across multiple workstreams
- Strong cross-functional partnership skills with the ability to drive alignment without direct authority
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to summarize complex updates clearly and concisely
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Comfort working through ambiguity and shifting priorities
- Experience using project management tools such as Asana, Airtable, Smartsheet, or similar platforms
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting integrated marketing efforts across product, creative, operations, and brand teams
- Familiarity with experiential marketing, venue-based campaigns, or entertainment-driven consumer experiences
- Ability to turn large amounts of information into a simple, easy-to-follow team update
- Strong collaboration style and a proactive approach to solving problems
- Interest in helping build organized, scalable marketing processes
