We’re seeking a hands-on Principal-level Digital Strategist to help shape and prioritize digital and AI-related opportunities for a healthcare client. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in client-facing consulting environments, enjoys bringing structure to ambiguity, and can turn workshop conversations into clear, actionable recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate client workshops and working sessions to uncover business needs, challenges, and opportunity areas.
• Engage stakeholders in thoughtful discovery conversations to identify, assess, and refine potential digital and AI use cases.
• Translate a broad set of ideas into a prioritized opportunity roadmap based on business value, feasibility, dependencies, and POC potential.
• Help define what a practical proof of concept or strategic path forward could look like.
• Collaborate closely with data and marketing strategy partners to synthesize insights into cohesive recommendations.
• Use AI-enabled strategy tools and supporting outputs to accelerate analysis and client discussions.
• Bring a confident point of view, constructively challenge assumptions, and help drive alignment with stakeholders.
• Support a fast-moving consulting engagement with direct client responsibility and strong cross-functional coordination.

Skills

• Strong background in digital strategy, ideally within a consulting environment.
• Healthcare industry experience is required; payer experience is strongly preferred, though provider experience may also be considered.
• Working knowledge of AI and how AI-enabled ideas can translate into business opportunities and potential POCs.
• Proven ability to lead client conversations, workshops, and discovery or ideation sessions.
• Experience evaluating and prioritizing opportunities using factors such as value, feasibility, and dependencies.
• Ability to synthesize information quickly across multiple workstreams and communicate clear recommendations.
• Strong presence in client-facing settings with the confidence to engage in challenging discussions.
• Background in a consulting model with direct client responsibility.

Preferred Skills

• Experience at a digital consulting or transformation firm.
• Exposure to strategy engagements that connect business goals with digital and AI-enabled solutions.
• Experience supporting healthcare organizations through innovation, transformation, or use-case prioritization efforts.
• Ability to work effectively alongside strategists, consultants, and project leads in a collaborative environment.
