This hybrid role offers the opportunity to support photography, video, and retouching teams while helping ensure creative files are properly processed, tagged, and accessible.
Responsibilities
- Receive, organize, and process creative photo and video assets across studio production workflows
- Serve as a liaison for digital asset handling between studio teams and external production partners
- Apply accurate metadata tagging and file organization to support searchability and asset management
- Perform quality checks to help ensure assets are correctly processed and ready for delivery
- Transfer and distribute assets through servers and digital asset management platforms
- Partner closely with photography, video, retouching, and production teams to keep workflows moving efficiently
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in a high-volume, detail-driven environment
- Support smooth handling of creative content from intake through final delivery
