Responsibilities

• Deploy and review email campaigns using Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer, including urgent and time-sensitive sends.
• Perform detailed quality checks before launch to confirm content accuracy, link functionality, and responsive rendering across desktop, mobile, and webmail environments.
• Help maintain brand consistency and content integrity across outbound email communications.
• Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as opens, clicks, bounce rates, and deliverability.
• Prepare and share regular performance summaries for internal partners, highlighting insights and opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain reusable Outlook/MS Office-compatible email templates that work effectively across common email clients.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve email issues related to rendering, delivery, and sending in real time.
• Document root causes and support preventive actions to help reduce future issues.

Skills

• Hands-on experience deploying emails through Adobe Campaign and Journey Optimizer.
• Strong working knowledge of HTML and CSS for email development and cross-client rendering.
• Experience with email quality assurance and cross-device, cross-client testing.
• Ability to interpret email performance metrics and communicate findings clearly.
• Experience creating and supporting reusable email templates, especially for Outlook/MS Office compatibility.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills with the ability to resolve technical email issues efficiently.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through.
• Comfort managing urgent requests in a calm and professional manner.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a regulated industry, such as financial services.
