Join a dynamic full stack development team building modern web applications that support important financial operations in a fast-paced Agile environment. This onsite role in Washington, DC offers the chance to work across the full stack—from database design and APIs to responsive front-end experiences—using a current Microsoft and Angular technology stack.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and maintain web applications across the full development lifecycle
- Develop scalable APIs and service integrations using ASP.NET Core Web API
- Create and optimize database objects, including schemas, stored procedures, and SQL queries
- Build responsive and user-friendly interfaces with Angular
- Work closely with cross-functional partners, including developers, QA, and business analysts
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that supports long-term stability
- Participate in code reviews, testing, troubleshooting, and deployment activities
- Contribute to CI/CD workflows and version control processes using Git-based tools
- Support Agile delivery by collaborating on requirements, priorities, and technical solutions
Skills
- 7+ years of experience developing web applications with C# and .NET
- Hands-on experience with .NET 8 and ASP.NET Core Web API
- Strong knowledge of Entity Framework Core
- Experience working with SQL Server and relational database design
- Proficiency with Angular 16 or newer
- Experience using Git or other Git-based version control systems
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently
- Comfort working in an Agile development team
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to microservices architecture
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, or other containerization tools
- Cloud implementation experience
- Background using unit testing frameworks
