Join a fast-paced marketing operations team supporting a large-scale marketing event through contract coordination, workflow tracking, and cross-functional collaboration. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys keeping complex initiatives organized, accurate, and moving forward while partnering closely with teams across legal, finance, and accounting.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate administrative workflows that support participant contracting for a major marketing event
- Prepare contract requests and related documentation, making sure submissions are complete, accurate, and aligned with internal processes
- Track contract progress, update status information, and help maintain reliable operational records
- Monitor deliverables and create status reports for stakeholders across the program
- Support post-event administrative tasks, including participation verification and payment-readiness coordination with partner teams
- Develop and maintain process documentation and standard operating procedures to improve consistency and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with Marketing, Legal, Finance, Accounting, and other stakeholders to keep priorities aligned
Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in business operations or project management
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams and deadlines
- Working knowledge of project management tools or similar tracking systems
- High attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams and maintain positive working relationships
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
- Ability to prioritize tasks and adapt in a changing environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience improving operational processes and documentation
- Background supporting contracting or administrative coordination work
- Comfort working in environments with multiple stakeholders and complex approval paths
- Experience generating reports or tracking program readiness
- Strong sense of ownership and follow-through on assigned tasks
