Join a fast-paced team supporting the configuration of data center sites within an internal network cabling planning environment. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who enjoys working with technical documentation, maintaining data accuracy, and helping sites move smoothly from intake to go-live.

Responsibilities

• Use web-based site load tools and intake forms to enter site configuration details into the planning system
• Capture and validate data hall measurements, including tray dimensions, pathway distances, and rack or cabinet placement
• Review source materials such as design drawings, as-built surveys, and vendor measurement packages for accuracy
• Partner with field teams and vendors to resolve missing information or clarify discrepancies
• Track site enablement progress and provide status updates across assigned locations
• Follow established procedures and documentation standards to ensure consistent, accurate data entry
• Escalate issues or conflicts that require additional review by the broader team

Skills

• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy
• Experience entering information into web-based systems, databases, or similar tools
• Ability to interpret technical documentation, floor plans, or measurement records
• Comfort working with spreadsheets and tracking tools to manage multiple tasks
• Clear written communication skills for coordinating with internal and external partners
• Self-directed work style with the ability to manage an assigned queue independently

Preferred Skills

• Familiarity with data center environments, cabling systems, or network infrastructure
• Experience with enterprise tools or workflow systems in a technical operations setting
• Background in telecommunications, structured cabling, or construction documentation
• Working knowledge of network cabling terminology
