Join a global enterprise AI team building the next generation of agentic solutions across brands, regions, and business functions. This role blends hands-on engineering with platform enablement, helping shape how intelligent agents are built, governed, and scaled across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop production-ready agentic AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure AI Foundry.
- Build pro-code extensions for low-code tools, including custom connectors, actions, dataflows, and reusable components.
- Implement advanced capabilities such as multi-agent orchestration, human-in-the-loop approvals, and model context protocol integrations.
- Create secure, scalable RAG pipelines, vector search solutions, and retrieval workflows for enterprise knowledge sources.
- Develop evaluation and testing frameworks to measure accuracy, quality, safety, and performance of AI agents.
- Build observability and telemetry solutions to monitor usage, cost, errors, and business impact.
- Establish governance standards for naming, environments, lifecycle management, data protection, and publishing controls.
- Train and support citizen developers by creating templates, guides, guardrails, and enablement materials.
- Identify when low-code solutions need to transition into pro-code implementations and guide that migration.
- Partner with technical and business stakeholders to deliver secure, effective, and scalable agent solutions.
Skills
- 8+ years of software engineering experience, or 12+ years for a principal-level profile, with at least 2 years in AI/ML, conversational AI, or agentic AI.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, including authoring, actions, knowledge sources, and custom extensions.
- Strong experience with Azure AI Foundry and related services such as Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Search, Prompt Flow, Semantic Kernel, and Azure AI Agent Service.
- Proficiency in TypeScript, Python, or C#, with experience building APIs, integrations, and production software.
- Experience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, and container-based development practices.
- Solid understanding of agentic AI patterns, including orchestration, tool use, RAG, embeddings, evaluation, and guardrails.
- Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both engineering teams and business leaders.
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, AI/ML, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with additional agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or CrewAI.
- Background in Power Platform administration, governance, or toolkit deployment.
- Familiarity with MCP servers, event-driven architectures, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Experience with AI observability, tracing, Application Insights, and monitoring dashboards.
- Knowledge of responsible AI practices, including content safety, PII handling, and prompt injection defenses.
- Exposure to customer-facing AI platforms such as Sierra AI or similar tools.
- Experience creating training programs, developer guides, or template libraries for technical enablement.
- Master’s degree in a relevant discipline.
