Join Our Innovative Team as a QA Release Engineer!
Are you passionate about ensuring top-tier software quality and driving seamless delivery processes? As a QA Release Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in advancing cutting-edge autonomous vehicle technology by spearheading process improvements and ensuring the robustness of our perception development. Collaborate with talented engineers and cross-functional teams to revolutionize how software is tested, deployed, and refined, ultimately accelerating our journey to bring safe, autonomous vehicles to market.
What You'll Bring:
- Proven experience of at least 6 years as a QA Engineer or in a similar role, with a strong track record in software quality assurance
- Expertise in manual and automated testing methodologies, with familiarity using testing tools like TestRail or equivalents
- Strong understanding of functional, regression, performance, and integration testing
- Proficiency with issue tracking and project management tools, such as Jira
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Clear and concise communication skills, adept at collaborating in fast-paced, team-oriented environments
Nice-to-Have Skills:
- Experience working in agile development environments
- Knowledge of continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines
- Background in machine learning or autonomous systems testing
Preferred Education & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
- Experience working with cross-functional teams to improve development workflows
Additional Requirements:
- Ability to work onsite in Foster City, CA, five days a week
- Completion of background check and drug screening upon offer
