In this pivotal role, you'll be the first line of defense ensuring the seamless operation of live robotaxi services that are revolutionizing transportation. Be part of a diverse and inclusive team committed to innovation, reliability, and safety—help us build a smarter, autonomous future.

What You'll Do:

  • Maintain real-time oversight of cloud platforms, DNS, authentication services, and core network infrastructure, ensuring system health and uptime.
  • Collaborate with our Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) team to analyze incidents and implement continuous reliability improvements.
  • Document incidents, prepare shift reports, and participate in escalation calls to troubleshoot and root cause issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a NOC, SOC, TechOps, or similarly structured operations environment with a solid understanding of incident management and SLAs.
  • Extensive experience monitoring enterprise networks, cloud platforms (AWS or GCP), and critical databases.
  • Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, authentication services like EntraID, OpenAuth, SSL/TLS, and general networking principles.
  • Proficiency with monitoring and observability tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Kentik, or Logic Monitor.
  • Excellent communication skills capable of conveying complex technical information clearly during high-pressure situations.
  • Ability and willingness to work onsite in Scottsdale, AZ, on an assigned shift, including at least one weekend day and holiday coverage.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with incident management tools like PagerDuty, ServiceNow, JIRA, or Incident.io.
  • Basic scripting skills in Python or Bash for operational automation.
  • Linux fundamentals and familiarity with ITIL or similar frameworks.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA Network+ and Security+, CCNA, or Juniper JNCIA.

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Prior experience in high-availability, live-service environments.

Other Requirements:

  • Flexibility to work all shifts—Day, Swing, or Overnight—to ensure continuous coverage.
  • Commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, fostering a collaborative environment where all voices are valued.
