Join a global IT transformation effort where you will help lead the transition of managed services across multiple regions. This role is ideal for a project management professional who thrives in complex environments, enjoys coordinating across workstreams and vendors, and can keep large-scale initiatives moving forward with clarity and confidence.
Responsibilities
- Lead the planning and execution of a global managed services transition initiative.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget, resources, and status updates.
- Coordinate multiple project workstreams and align team members on priorities, responsibilities, and deliverables.
- Partner with vendors and internal stakeholders to support timeline adherence and successful implementation.
- Track project risks, issues, dependencies, and decisions, and communicate updates in a timely manner.
- Monitor progress closely and take action to remove obstacles that could affect schedule or budget.
- Ensure accurate project documentation is maintained and archived in project and performance management tools.
- Support implementation activities across regions with strong organization, follow-through, and communication.
Skills
- At least four years of relevant project management experience, with five or more years preferred.
- Experience managing large, complex implementations with multiple workstreams.
- Strong ability to organize project teams, assign responsibilities, and manage competing priorities.
- Experience working with vendors and maintaining professional, effective communication.
- Ability to manage project risks, issues, and status reporting with accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong planning, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to keep documentation current and support structured project tracking.
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting or implementing IT managed services transitions.
- Background in a plant support environment.
- Previous experience working with this organization.
- Based in or near Wayzata, Minnesota.
- Ability to work effectively across global regions and diverse stakeholder groups.
