Join a dynamic team supporting a high-visibility healthcare claims initiative focused on improving orchestration, delivery discipline, and operational readiness. This role is ideal for a proactive leader who can bring structure, alignment, and clear communication to a complex cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day execution, scope management, and delivery planning for a claims orchestration capability.
- Coordinate across business and technology teams to keep priorities aligned and milestones on track.
- Manage risks, dependencies, issues, and stakeholder communications throughout the lifecycle of the work.
- Protect scope integrity by reviewing change requests and supporting decisions tied to delivery commitments.
- Guide readiness assessments related to parity, latency, accuracy, and operational performance.
- Translate business goals into actionable roadmaps, requirements, and implementation plans.
- Partner with analysts and technical teams to support traceability, clarity, and quality of delivery.
- Contribute to planning for future expansion into additional claims orchestration use cases.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in capability management, product management, program leadership, operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of healthcare claims experience.
- Experience leading delivery efforts in a complex, matrixed organization.
- Strong ability to manage timelines, budgets, dependencies, and cross-functional priorities.
- Solid understanding of claims operations and process improvement.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus without direct authority.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
Preferred Skills
- Exposure to Agentic AI, orchestration platforms, MCP patterns, or API-driven workflows.
- Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Rally or Aha!.
- Strong executive presence and comfort presenting to senior leaders.
- Background supporting transformation initiatives across business and technology teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare platforms, claims modernization, or enterprise automation efforts.
