Join a dynamic program team driving end-to-end coordination for a major claims orchestration initiative. This Senior Project Manager role offers the opportunity to lead cross-functional delivery, strengthen governance, and help guide the program as it moves from concept through pilot and enterprise-scale implementation.
Responsibilities
- Lead project management activities across multiple workstreams, including planning, scheduling, milestones, and delivery tracking.
- Build and maintain integrated project plans and roadmaps that support program objectives and readiness goals.
- Establish a steady operating cadence through status reviews, governance meetings, and workstream check-ins.
- Monitor and manage risks, issues, assumptions, and dependencies across internal teams and external partners.
- Coordinate day-to-day activities with stakeholders to keep priorities aligned and work moving forward.
- Track program health, progress toward milestones, and overall readiness for key implementation phases.
- Prepare clear executive-level reporting, dashboards, and leadership communications.
- Support escalation and issue resolution to reduce delivery delays and maintain momentum.
- Monitor budget performance, forecasts, and spend in alignment with funding objectives.
- Help align project plans with enterprise governance requirements and broader capability roadmaps.
- Contribute to continuous improvement in project governance, delivery practices, and coordination methods.
Skills
- 7+ years of experience in project management, program management, operations, technology delivery, or a related field.
- 3+ years leading complex, cross-functional work in a matrixed environment.
- Strong experience managing plans, budgets, milestones, risks, dependencies, and stakeholder communications.
- Excellent organizational and planning abilities with a strong understanding of project governance.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and coordinate several workstreams at once.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to influence others and drive alignment without direct authority.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, including Project, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Comfort working with reporting and dashboard tools.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with healthcare claims, claims modernization, or enterprise transformation initiatives.
- Background supporting cloud technology programs and external technology partners.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery approaches and tools such as Rally, Aha!, Jira, Smartsheet, or Microsoft Project.
- Strong executive presence and experience presenting to senior leaders.
- Knowledge of agentic AI, orchestration platforms, MCP patterns, and API-driven ecosystems.
- Experience supporting large-scale technology and business transformation programs.
