- Build alignment between capability owners, claims asset teams, business partners, and technical stakeholders.
- Protect delivery scope and support decisions that keep milestones on track.
- Review and support parity, latency, accuracy, and operational readiness against current claims processing processes.
- Translate business needs and decisions into clear plans, requirements, and implementation actions.
- Partner with analysts and technical teams to strengthen traceability, explainability, and delivery quality.
- Support planning and readiness efforts for future expansion into additional orchestration capabilities and enterprise use cases.
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in capability management, product management, program leadership, operations, or a related field.
- 3+ years of healthcare claims experience.

- Solid understanding of claims operations and process improvement approaches.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to influence partners without direct authority and build consensus across teams.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word, with strong reporting and data analysis skills.
Preferred Skills

- Experience with Agile delivery methods and tools such as Rally or Aha!.
