Bring your experience in enrollment systems and large-scale implementations to a cross-functional role supporting a major health plan technology transformation. This opportunity focuses on helping teams prepare for go-live, strengthen data accuracy, and support stabilization across enrollment and member/provider services.
Responsibilities
- Support testing activities throughout implementation, including user acceptance testing, regression testing, and validation of system behavior.
- Review migrated enrollment, demographic, provider, and related data to help ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Verify system configuration across multiple workstreams and help identify any gaps or inconsistencies.
- Track issues, coordinate defect resolution, and follow up to keep implementation work moving forward.
- Help develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and readiness materials.
- Assist with operational readiness planning leading up to go-live and provide stabilization support after launch.
- Serve as a connector between Enrollment, Member/Provider Services, IT, and external partners to align workflows and priorities.
- Support integration points between systems and teams to help prevent duplication, misalignment, or conflicting changes.
- Provide ongoing support after implementation by assisting with maintenance, data quality checks, and workflow improvements.
- Act as a liaison for system-related issues, enhancements, and releases while helping preserve key implementation knowledge.
Skills
- 5+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, enrollment operations, or related systems support.
- Hands-on enrollment experience in a health plan or similar environment.
- Experience supporting large enterprise system migrations and system implementations.
- Background in testing support, issue tracking, and data validation.
- Strong coordination and communication skills for working across business, IT, and vendor teams.
- Ability to document processes clearly and support operational readiness efforts.
- Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy and workflow consistency.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with health plan platforms, including enrollment and member/provider service systems.
- Exposure to system stabilization and post-implementation support.
- Familiarity with process improvement and continuous optimization efforts.
- Experience serving as a cross-functional liaison across operations, technology, and external partners.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
