JOB DESCRIPTION

Bring your experience in enrollment systems and large-scale implementations to a cross-functional role supporting a major health plan technology transformation. This opportunity focuses on helping teams prepare for go-live, strengthen data accuracy, and support stabilization across enrollment and member/provider services.

Responsibilities

  • Support testing activities throughout implementation, including user acceptance testing, regression testing, and validation of system behavior.
  • Review migrated enrollment, demographic, provider, and related data to help ensure accuracy and completeness.
  • Verify system configuration across multiple workstreams and help identify any gaps or inconsistencies.
  • Track issues, coordinate defect resolution, and follow up to keep implementation work moving forward.
  • Help develop and maintain process documentation, operating procedures, and readiness materials.
  • Assist with operational readiness planning leading up to go-live and provide stabilization support after launch.
  • Serve as a connector between Enrollment, Member/Provider Services, IT, and external partners to align workflows and priorities.
  • Support integration points between systems and teams to help prevent duplication, misalignment, or conflicting changes.
  • Provide ongoing support after implementation by assisting with maintenance, data quality checks, and workflow improvements.
  • Act as a liaison for system-related issues, enhancements, and releases while helping preserve key implementation knowledge.

Skills

  • 5+ years of relevant experience in business systems analysis, enrollment operations, or related systems support.
  • Hands-on enrollment experience in a health plan or similar environment.
  • Experience supporting large enterprise system migrations and system implementations.
  • Background in testing support, issue tracking, and data validation.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills for working across business, IT, and vendor teams.
  • Ability to document processes clearly and support operational readiness efforts.
  • Detail-oriented approach with a focus on data accuracy and workflow consistency.
  • Comfort working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and multiple stakeholders.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with health plan platforms, including enrollment and member/provider service systems.
  • Exposure to system stabilization and post-implementation support.
  • Familiarity with process improvement and continuous optimization efforts.
  • Experience serving as a cross-functional liaison across operations, technology, and external partners.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Health Care Administration, Information Systems, Public Health, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
