JOB DESCRIPTION

We’re looking for a Senior Product Analyst to help shape product decisions through data, customer insight, process analysis, and cross-functional collaboration. This role offers the opportunity to support meaningful work across product discovery, strategy, delivery, and ongoing optimization in a mission-driven environment.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Product, UX, Operations, Technology, Analytics, Finance, Commercial, and other stakeholders to define business goals, user needs, and opportunity areas.
  • Analyze customer feedback, journey data, operational trends, service interactions, utilization patterns, and market signals to identify needs, risks, and growth opportunities.
  • Translate ambiguous problems into structured hypotheses, decision points, analytical approaches, and practical recommendations.
  • Support opportunity sizing, impact assessment, and value analysis to inform roadmap priorities, investment discussions, and product strategy.
  • Assist with financial thinking related to product opportunities, including revenue considerations, cost drivers, margin implications, and business case inputs.
  • Evaluate current-state workflows, service interactions, and product or platform capabilities to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and simplification opportunities.
  • Contribute to future-state recommendations that balance user needs, business outcomes, operational realities, and platform capabilities.
  • Help translate discovery findings and process analysis into product requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria inputs, decision records, and other delivery-ready artifacts.
  • Support go-to-market readiness by synthesizing value propositions, adoption risks, launch assumptions, and success measures.
  • Track post-launch performance, utilization, customer feedback, operational outcomes, and business impact to support continuous improvement.
  • Develop clear, compelling insight narratives and recommendations for technical, non-technical, and leadership audiences.
  • Contribute to consistent analytical practices, measurement approaches, and product discovery methods across teams.

Skills

  • Strong product analytics and performance measurement experience, including adoption, value, and product health metrics.
  • Background in market analysis, competitive assessment, product positioning, and business case development.
  • Ability to conduct discovery work, synthesize customer and stakeholder input, and frame problems clearly.
  • Experience with business process analysis, fit-gap assessment, and future-state workflow design.
  • Knowledge of agile or product delivery practices, including backlog refinement, testing support, and requirements documentation.
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences.
  • Advanced analytical thinking with the ability to simplify complex or incomplete information into actionable next steps.
  • Collaborative, influential, and able to work effectively across multiple teams and priorities.
  • Comfort using modern analytics, visualization, collaboration, and AI-assisted tools to support analysis and decision-making.
  • Bachelor’s degree in analytics, business, economics, information systems, technology, healthcare administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in product analysis, business analysis, functional analysis, decision support, or a similar role.
  • Experience supporting product strategy, product development, market analysis, financial analysis, or product performance measurement in a matrixed environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with Salesforce, Salesforce Health Cloud, CRM platforms, or similar healthcare technology tools.
  • Exposure to large-scale platform transformation, modernization, or enterprise workflow initiatives.
  • Ability to create practical discovery or alignment artifacts such as workflows, wireframes, prototypes, or testable process models.
  • Experience with tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, Pendo, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Excel, SQL, Miro, Lucidchart, Figma, Jira, Azure DevOps, or Confluence.
  • Experience applying AI in research, synthesis, forecasting, prototyping, or recommendation development.
  • Experience mentoring analysts or helping establish best practices for measurement and cross-functional analysis.
  • Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Business Analyst, Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, CBAP, CSPO, or SAFe.
