Join a dynamic marketing team where you’ll help translate brand, business, and packaging strategies into creative briefs that deliver standout consumer experiences. This onsite contract role in Minneapolis offers the opportunity to collaborate across brand management, creative, merchandising, strategy, operations, marketing, and insights to help drive impactful packaging work from concept through execution.
Responsibilities
- Develop creative briefs that turn brand and guest insights into clear direction for packaging and marketing initiatives.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams to align priorities, keep projects moving, and support successful delivery.
- Use consumer behavior, market trends, and competitive insights to identify opportunities that strengthen brand communication.
- Create packaging strategies that support broader brand themes and help ensure consistency across channels.
- Coordinate day-to-day project work, including meeting facilitation, project context setting, financial tracking, timelines, and risk management.
- Support collaboration across local and global teams to help maintain momentum and execution quality.
- Contribute to shaping category and business strategy through thoughtful creative and operational support.
Skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent educational background.
- 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and competing requests with professionalism and organization.
- Experience analyzing complex information and sharing it clearly with a broad audience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Windows applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across teams and functions.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working on packaging, creative, brand, merchandising, or marketing projects.
- Familiarity with project coordination, budgeting, and timeline management.
- Ability to connect consumer insights to actionable creative recommendations.
- Comfort working in fast-paced environments with shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive, solution-oriented approach.
