Join a fast-moving experiential team bringing immersive, on-site activations and live programming to life in a high-profile entertainment environment. This role blends creative event production, vendor management, and hands-on execution for quick-turn projects that help shape memorable guest experiences.
Responsibilities
- Develop original event and activation concepts that align with brand and title guidelines for on-site guest experiences
- Guide projects from idea through installation, ensuring creative vision, production quality, and execution stay aligned
- Build project decks and documentation that clearly outline creative direction, design elements, and production needs
- Source, vet, and manage vendors across fabrication, décor, AV, graphics, and related production categories
- Provide direction to fabricators and creative partners to help deliver polished, on-brand experiences
- Oversee timelines, milestones, dependencies, and deliverables across multiple concurrent projects
- Support budgeting activities, cost estimates, purchase orders, invoice tracking, and vendor billing coordination
- Draft clear statements of work and help maintain accurate production records and recap documentation
- Lead or support on-site installs, load-ins, and event execution as needed, including occasional evenings and weekends
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, operations, finance, and leadership stakeholders
Skills
- 5+ years of experience in short-turnaround event production, experiential marketing, live events, themed entertainment, or a related field
- Strong eye for design and an understanding of spatial experiences and guest journey principles
- Experience taking activations from concept to completion, including creative development and production oversight
- Ability to manage vendor relationships from sourcing through on-site execution
- Experience creating budgets, tracking costs, and supporting project-level financial planning
- Comfort working in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities and tight timelines
- Strong communication and presentation skills with the ability to share ideas clearly with stakeholders
- Proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, Slides, and Drive
- Ability to collaborate across teams while maintaining organization and attention to detail
Preferred Skills
- Experience with IP-sensitive projects and creative review or approval workflows
- Existing vendor relationships in the Philadelphia market
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools for light design review and annotation
- Background in immersive experiences, location-based entertainment, brand activations, or themed environments
- Experience supporting quick-turn projects with a strong mix of creativity and operational follow-through
