JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a mission-driven organization as a Senior Manager, Product and help shape innovative products and services that support a meaningful healthcare purpose. This leadership role offers the opportunity to guide strategy, develop roadmaps, and partner across teams to deliver customer-focused solutions in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product strategy, roadmap development, and product lifecycle management across assigned initiatives.
  • Guide a team of product managers and business analysts, fostering collaboration, accountability, and high performance.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders in operations, IT, finance, marketing, research, legal, and customer experience to define needs and deliver solutions.
  • Use market insights, customer feedback, operational data, and performance metrics to inform prioritization and decision-making.
  • Support go-to-market planning and help coordinate product launches and scaling efforts.
  • Contribute to business cases, pricing discussions, financial planning, and forward-looking product analysis.
  • Champion change management by influencing, educating, and aligning teams around product direction and execution.
  • Monitor product performance and identify opportunities for improvement, innovation, and growth.

Skills

  • Strong product management background with experience leading product development and roadmap planning.
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
  • Solid understanding of the full product development lifecycle, including discovery and launch planning.
  • Ability to develop strategic, customer-centered solutions aligned to business goals.
  • Experience working with internal partners to translate customer and market needs into actionable product priorities.

Preferred Skills

  • Background in healthcare, biopharma, or related industries.
  • Experience with cellular therapy, Salesforce, supply chain, personalization, or platform development.
  • Prior P&L ownership or deep involvement in financial strategy and forecasting.
  • MBA or other advanced business-related education.
  • Experience leading innovation or new product initiatives from concept through launch.
  • Exposure to AI roadmap planning or delivery.
