Join a fast-moving technical enablement team focused on building the curriculum that powers go-to-market onboarding and ongoing learning across enterprise, app, API, and model product areas. This role is ideal for someone who can turn complex technical material into clear, reusable courses, labs, demos, and presentations that support live training and scale with product changes.
Responsibilities
- Curate existing technical materials into structured curriculum for onboarding and enablement programs
- Create new courses, hands-on labs, demos, and presentations across enterprise, application, and API product areas
- Keep training content current by updating materials as products evolve and new releases are launched
- Develop reliable hands-on exercises that perform well in live classroom settings
- Partner with enablement leaders, program owners, and product marketing to prioritize content needs
- Document sources, organization, and structure so materials remain maintainable after handoff
Skills
- Background in solutions engineering, developer relations, technical training, or a related technical field
- Ability to build working demos and labs using APIs and AI products
- Strong technical writing and instructional design skills
- Experience translating complex information into teachable, reusable learning content
- Self-directed approach with the ability to manage a backlog and move work forward independently
- Clear communication and collaboration skills for working across multiple teams
Preferred Skills
- Hands-on experience with LLM products and APIs
- Previous curriculum development or technical enablement experience for go-to-market audiences
- Familiarity with Claude products
- Experience supporting onboarding programs or scalable training initiatives
