We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help shape and deliver business-critical portfolio management capabilities for equity and fixed income applications in a fast-paced financial services environment. This hybrid role offers the chance to partner with cross-functional teams, engage senior stakeholders, and drive meaningful product outcomes from strategy through execution.
Responsibilities
- Define and evolve product vision, strategy, and roadmap for digital solutions that support portfolio management workflows.
- Lead end-to-end product delivery, from discovery and requirements gathering through launch and post-release optimization.
- Partner with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate needs into clear product requirements and delivered outcomes.
- Facilitate stakeholder workshops, align priorities, and build consensus around feature direction and roadmap planning.
- Support UAT activities, coordinate feedback, and help secure stakeholder approval for releases.
- Track product performance and use insights to guide continuous improvement.
- Contribute to digital transformation efforts by applying modern tools and approaches to product delivery.
- Work in an agile environment and help ensure timely, high-quality execution across multiple priorities.
Skills
- 7+ years of product management experience, ideally in digital or enterprise product environments.
- Strong background in financial services, with experience supporting asset management or capital markets workflows.
- Working knowledge of equity and fixed income markets and the end-to-end trading lifecycle.
- Hands-on experience with portfolio management platforms such as Charles River, Aladdin, or SimCorp.
- Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders.
- Experience managing product backlogs, prioritization, roadmaps, and delivery milestones.
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and a data-informed approach to decision-making.
- Experience supporting UAT cycles and coordinating stakeholder sign-off.
- Familiarity with product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar platforms.
- Ability to work onsite in New York City four days per week.
Preferred Skills
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve product development and day-to-day productivity.
- Background in digital transformation initiatives or enterprise product management.
- Knowledge of customer experience strategy, design thinking, and journey mapping.
- Familiarity with cloud-based solutions and SaaS product environments.
- Professional certification in product management or a related discipline.
- Experience driving innovation in complex, regulated environments.
