Join a team focused on building clear, scalable design experiences that help people understand and use AI in practical, everyday settings. This role offers the opportunity to shape brand systems, create visual assets for educational and product videos, and support a reusable content production process in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain design systems that support consistent, self-serve use across teams
- Refresh brand guidelines and template resources so they are easy to apply and adapt
- Create storyboards, visual concepts, icons, graphics, and custom elements for educational and product videos
- Partner closely with motion designers to ensure visuals align with the tone and content of each video
- Source and adapt imagery from brand guidelines to match video needs and technical subject matter
- Help establish a reusable system for producing video and visual content efficiently
- Contribute strong visual direction to ensure materials are organized, polished, and audience-appropriate
Skills
- Proven experience building and maintaining design systems
- Strong visual judgment and art direction skills
- Ability to organize content and determine how elements should be presented within a layout or video
- Experience collaborating effectively with motion designers and other creative partners
- Ability to translate brand standards into flexible, usable design assets
- Comfort working on educational and product-focused content
Preferred Skills
- Experience supporting design work for video or motion-based projects
- Familiarity with designing for technical or complex subject matter
- Experience creating templates or systems that help teams work more efficiently
- Background in brand guideline development or visual standards creation
- Ability to work independently while staying aligned with creative partners and stakeholders
- Availability to work Pacific Time or Mountain Time hours
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, with remote consideration available
- Portfolio or work samples are required for consideration
