Join a dynamic security operations team as an Orca Analyst, where you will help monitor alerts, manage follow-up actions, and support timely issue resolution across cross-functional groups. This remote role offers the opportunity to work with cloud security tools, ticketing platforms, and teams focused on maintaining strong security and compliance practices.

Responsibilities

• Review daily alerts in the Orca platform and help identify the appropriate resource owner for follow-up.
• Create and assign tickets through Jira or ServiceNow to support issue tracking and resolution.
• Send regular follow-up communications to keep open items moving forward.
• Manage exception requests and escalate them to the cloud security team when needed.
• Partner with resource owners, IT operations, and security stakeholders to help resolve findings efficiently.
• Maintain clear, accurate records of alerts, tickets, and exceptions for audit and compliance purposes.

Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Experience working with cloud security platforms, with Orca experience preferred.
• Familiarity with ticketing and workflow tools such as Jira and ServiceNow.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organization and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Experience coordinating across technical and non-technical teams.
