We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to help drive business-critical work across equity and fixed income portfolio management applications. This onsite Boston role offers the opportunity to partner closely with investors and cross-functional teams to shape features that make a meaningful impact.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end delivery of product features for portfolio management applications supporting equity and fixed income workflows.
- Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with business goals and stakeholder needs.
- Gather, refine, and prioritize requirements through discussions, workshops, and ongoing collaboration with senior stakeholders and investors.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and business partners to translate needs into clear delivery outcomes.
- Support the product lifecycle from discovery and ideation through implementation, optimization, and ongoing improvement.
- Help coordinate user acceptance testing and support sign-off activities with business stakeholders.
- Track progress and success metrics to guide product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Use AI tools in practical ways to improve product delivery and day-to-day workflow efficiency.
Skills
- 7+ years of product management experience delivering digital products.
- Background supporting financial services, especially asset management or capital markets.
- Hands-on experience with portfolio management platforms such as Charles River, Aladdin, or SimCorp.
- Strong understanding of equity and fixed income products and the end-to-end trading lifecycle.
- Experience managing requirements, roadmaps, and cross-functional delivery in an agile environment.
- Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and communicate clearly across teams.
- Experience coordinating and supporting UAT cycles.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Comfort using product management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Aha!, or similar platforms.
Preferred Skills
- Experience in enterprise product management or digital transformation initiatives.
- Familiarity with AI, machine learning, or automation in product workflows.
- Knowledge of UX principles, design thinking, and customer journey mapping.
- Experience in cloud-based or SaaS product environments.
- Certifications in product management, such as CSPO or Pragmatic Institute.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, computer science, engineering, or a related field.
