JOB DESCRIPTION

Join a dynamic team as a Dealer Platform Program Manager, where you’ll help optimize a dealer-facing digital platform that supports lead generation, training, rewards, and performance reporting. This role is ideal for a collaborative program management professional who enjoys connecting marketing, operations, analytics, and vendor partners to improve platform adoption and dealer engagement.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and improve the flow of leads from the dealer locator to participating dealer locations.
  • Monitor lead quality, follow-up activity, and conversion trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage digital content and value-added resources within the dealer platform to keep information current, accessible, and aligned with brand needs.
  • Partner with marketing teams to support content creation, routing, publishing, and ongoing updates.
  • Administer learning content within the platform, including training organization, completion tracking, and compliance reporting.
  • Work with training stakeholders to improve LMS adoption and increase completion rates.
  • Support dealer rewards and incentive tracking by maintaining accurate points and purchase data.
  • Use point-of-sale reporting to monitor dealer participation, incentive activity, and reporting accuracy.
  • Collaborate with analytics, finance, marketing, and vendor partners to enhance platform functionality and streamline processes.
  • Identify ways to improve automation, transparency, usability, and the overall dealer experience.

Skills

  • Experience in program management, platform administration, channel marketing, digital marketing, sales enablement, or a related field.
  • Strong project coordination and organizational abilities with experience balancing multiple priorities.
  • Comfort working with digital platforms, marketing technology, or dealer- and channel-related tools.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to review data, spot trends, and recommend improvements.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills for working across teams and with external partners.
  • Ability to translate business needs into practical process and platform enhancements.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in automotive, manufacturing, technology, or other dealer/channel-based environments.
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, point-of-sale systems, digital asset management tools, CRM platforms, or marketing automation tools.
  • Background supporting rewards, incentives, loyalty, or dealer engagement programs.
  • Knowledge of lead syndication, dealer locator tools, or customer referral workflows.
  • Certification in program management, digital marketing, platform administration, or a related area.
  • A proactive, customer-focused, and process-improvement-oriented approach.
